MODULE 1: INTRODUCTION TO HOLISTIC WELLNESS

Firstly, we lay down the foundations for the course, and get a clear understanding of what Holistic Wellness is. Starting with the fundamentals, and key concepts that will set you up for success. (21 min viewing)

MODULE 2: LET'S GET REAL

Lets cut the BS and get real about the reality of life. I'm not a purist nor in denial about the struggles and differences we all have in making changes. This module dives into how you can get the most of out of the course from your personality type (hello rebels!), and clear the Wildly Well path ahead! (17 mins)

MODULE 3: ALL THE NAUGHTIES

What are your guilty pleasures? We all have them, but unfortunately we tend to indulge too much. This module dives into ALL the naughties (nothing is off limits) and teaches you how to manage them, and have a body that can cope with them. (16 mins)

MODULE 4: THE STRESS FACTOR

This module explores the positive and negative ways we manage stress... and how to avoid the damaging effects that can come from stress. One thing I know for sure, is you cannot underestimate the impact that stress has on our health. (24 mins)

MODULE 5: GOOD VIBES ONLY

Detox your life! Take control of what, and who, you are allowing in your life. Get your mindset and environment set up for success! Remove the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. This module will transform the way you look at your life and health. (20 mins)

MODULE 6: FOOD IS MEDICINE

NUTRITION 101! This is the biggest module of the course. Eating healthy doesn't have to be hard work or boring. There's separate in-depth video trainings on Protein, Fats, Carbs, Fibre, Gut Health, Macros Ratios and Calorie Ratios. This module is personalised for what YOUR body needs and is a total game changer. (60 min)

MODULE 7: STAYING YOUNG

This course is designed to give you the lightbulb moments you need to prevent disease, heal disease, AND slow down the ageing process. Yes it's possible to slow down ageing and improve your quality of life. (19 mins)

MODULE 8: BODY COMPOSITION
